Sending videos by email - when and how do I do it?

Sending videos by e-mail makes sense especially in direct contact with customers. Do you want to introduce a new product to your customer or send a short video message for Christmas or a birthday? Then it's best to send it in a personal e-mail. You can easily embed your video in the text of your e-mail via a link. We'll show you how to do it.

Here are three things to keep in mind when sending videos via email:

1. generate a video link to avoid large attachments. Here's how:

First upload your video to a platform such as YouTube or Vimeo. There you can copy the link from the search bar.
Alternatively, you can use the file manager of HubSpot or your CRM tool or your company cloud. The videos are uploaded there and you can create a shareable link.
It's even easier if you automatically receive a link with the video creation to share your finished video directly. Not every video tool can do that. In the video tool Mozaik you get your video both for download in two video formats, and as a video link to share directly.

2. do not include the link as a "raw link".
