Personal confirmation of receipt + overview of the application process

This template serves the motto "Nice to have you here - and this is how it works now".

Concept:
Recruiter:in thanks you personally, introduces herself as a contact person, gives empathetic insights + explains the entire application process transparently in 30-45 seconds.

The video is embedded in the ATS flow via a link immediately after the application is received. In this way, you give the applicant a personal connection and can explain the process transparently, which in turn ensures a good candidate journey.

👋 Introduction + thanks + personal note:

"Hi [first name], I'm [name] - it's great that your application has landed with us! I remember how excited I was when I did it myself - so I'll give you a quick update straight away. I'm your point of contact throughout the whole process - whether you have a question, are nervous or need feedback. Just get in touch."

🗺️ Overview of the application process (clearly, but loosely explained):

"Here is a brief overview of what is happening now:

1️⃣ We take our time to look at your documents (approx. 2-3 days).

2️⃣ Then there's an initial introductory meeting with me. No interrogation - just a relaxed exchange.

3️⃣ If it's a good fit for both sides, you'll get to know your potential team.

4️⃣ In the last step, we talk about specific tasks, culture & next steps.

And in the meantime, we will of course keep you up to date."
