Project Presentation

In the first scene of your project presentation, you briefly introduce yourself and your project.

Formulation example:

"Hello, I'm XYZ and I'm responsible for marketing at our company. I would like to use this video to introduce you to our latest project, which is that we are planning our first event on the topic of video-based communication in companies next year."

The second scene is the "main part" of this video: Here we go into more detail about the project and share relevant information with viewers.

• What is the project?
• Why are we doing this project?
• How is/was the project implemented?
• What is our conclusion on the project?

Formulation example:

"The Video Communication Roadshow is all about video-based communication in companies. With this event, we want to give the topic a stage where video experts and enthusiasts alike can share their experiences, best practices and practical tips and exchange ideas. The roadshow will take place in 3 German cities and tickets will go on sale in exactly one month on 11.07.2056!"

The last scene of the project presentation should include a clear call to action. Let your viewers know what they should now do with the new information.

• You can find more information about the project on our website!

Formulation example:

"It's definitely going to be super exciting and if you're as enthusiastic about video as we are, take a look at our event page! You'll find all the relevant information there and can easily register online for the roadshow."
