Introduction of the customer's contact person

In the first scene of this video, we start with a brief introduction of the person.

Who are you and what do you do in our team that has an impact on our customers' experience?

Tip: Keep it as short as possible and smile! The first few seconds of the video decide whether viewers want to continue watching it.

Formulation example:

"Hi, I'm Johannes and I'm responsible for customer service in our team, so I'm your first point of contact for all questions."

The second scene is the "main part" of this video: This is where we convey the most important or interesting information to the viewer.

Is there a new offer that we would like to introduce? Is there a change to existing offers that is of interest to the customer?

What is the core message of the video?

Formulation example:

"In addition to my introduction, I would also like to show you something really great that has recently been added to our website: You can now find our product configurator there. This means that you can now configure your product the way you want it online before you even contact us. And we can then use this information to get started and deliver it to you more quickly."

This scene concludes the "information section" of the video. We would now like to inform you once again about a very special feature - our "Unique Selling Point".

How does the customer benefit from contacting us?

Formulation example:

"The special thing about working with us is that we are on average 50% faster than all other competitors on the market. For you, this means that after the initial contact and a brief discussion, you will usually have your finished product on site after just 4 weeks."

We end the video with a clear appeal. For example: "Contact me by e-mail!".

This appeal must be very clear and kept as simple as possible - that way we increase the chance of actually achieving this goal.

Formulation example:

"Curious about what we can do for you? No problem at all: just contact me by e-mail, which will be displayed here shortly, and I will get back to you within 24 hours so that we can get started together. See you soon!"
