FAQ video (3 questions)

In the first scene of this video, we start with a short intro to what your FAQ video is about.

You should definitely mention it here,

• who you are and
• which topic the questions relate to.
  
  

Formulation example:

"Hi, I'm Neele, one of the founders of Mozaik, and in this video I'll answer the three most frequently asked questions about Mozaik."

In the main part of your FAQ video, you address the questions you want to answer in your video.

You have two options here:

• You record the question and always cut it into the video before your answer.
• You write the question in the belly band of the scene and start directly with your answer to the question.

Formulation example:

"Yes, you can also edit videos afterwards, both in the web app and on mobile."

In this scene you answer the next question.

Formulation example:

"Yes, you can also start projects in the web app. You can simply open the web app and create a new project there using ready-made video templates."

This is the last question you will answer in this FAQ video.

Formulation example:

"Our software is efficient. This means you can render as many projects as you want at the same time."

In the call to action scene, you can make a final appeal to your viewers.

For example, you can point out how they can contact you if they have any further questions.

Formulation example:

"If you have any further questions, you can contact us at any time via the live chat in the web app."
