Customer testimonial video

In the first scene, your testimonial provider introduces himself or herself and explains how he or she has points of contact with your company, product or service.

Formulation example:

"Hello, I'm XYZ and I'm one of the founders of Beispiel GmbH. I'm responsible for the entire operational side and therefore also for marketing."

The second scene begins the main part of your customer testimonial video, in which your testimonial provider makes a statement with an assessment of how satisfied they are with the collaboration or the product.

The easiest way to get your protagonists in front of the camera is to ask them a question to which they can respond with their statement.

An example question would be "What do you love about Mozaik?".

"What we particularly like about Mozaik is the fast and uncomplicated video creation."

The second statement with additional information serves to give your viewers more context. This allows them to better classify the customer testimonial and see whether the use cases match their own.

Formulation example:

"We mainly use videos for social media, e.g. for summaries after a trade fair, of events we have attended or for product updates on our platform."
