A job with us

The “A Job with Us” video consists of three short clips. It will guide you step by step through the process of creating your authentic job application.

In this first video, briefly introduce yourself and your role. Tell us what your job title is and what you do on a day-to-day basis. This will give viewers an immediate first impression of your position and your responsibilities.

Speak casually and naturally—as if you were explaining your job to someone in person.

Formulation example:

“Hi, I’m Max, and I work as a project manager at Sample Company. I oversee exciting client projects from planning through to implementation.”

Now give us an authentic glimpse into your daily work routine.

In this recording, tell us which tasks you find particularly exciting, what you’re currently working on, or what makes your job at the company special. You can also share what you like about working with your team or your work environment.

The goal is to give potential applicants a realistic and personal picture of the role—one that is authentic, approachable, and free of typical recruiting clichés.

Formulation example:

“What I find particularly exciting about my job is that no two days are alike. I work closely with various teams and can directly contribute my own ideas to projects.”
