Speed dating with the team - 5 questions in 60 seconds

In the first scene of this video, we start with a short intro: What is the video actually about?

You should definitely mention it here,

• who you are and
• who you immediately pepper with questions in a speed dating format.
  
  

Formulation example:

"Hi, I'm Johanna, HR Manager at JOGE and this week I have my colleague Ramona from Marketing in front of the camera for my speed dating format."

Now the speed dating rapid-fire mode begins.

Think about 5 questions in advance, e.g. "Favorite snack in the office?", "Best benefit?".

Then grab a colleague and position him/her in front of the camera. As the person filming, you are behind the camera and therefore cannot be seen in the video.
You then ask your colleague your questions loudly and clearly so that the questions can be heard on the audio track of the video. And your colleague must answer your questions as quickly as possible.

This can be done spontaneously, which makes it seem more authentic and creates a smile or two.

Super! That's almost it.
Now comes the last scene, in which you can say a few words or make an appeal to the audience.

Example wording:
"If you want to get to know the rest of our team, take a look at our careers page."
